Staying at home means staying at home! We can go out to go to the supermarket or the doctor or for exercise.
We may not drive our cars for any other reason and exercise is to be in our own neighbourhood.

Good hygiene.
Good hygiene.
- If you feel ill, do not attend public gatherings and endanger other people.
- Wash your hands regularly with an alcohol based hand-wash or soap.
- Hand sanitisers are good but are not as effective as frequent hand-washing with soap and water followed by thorough drying.
- Cough or sneeze into the bend of your elbow or use disposable tissues.
- If you use tissues, dispose of them immediately into a covered container.
- Avoid shaking hands, hugging, etc.
- Spraying surfaces with disinfectant.
- The current advice is to stay 2m away from anyone known to be ill with Covid-19 but that is a measure many people are adopting, as an extra precaution, even when with those not infected.
